Today was our last full day in Siesta Key. We made the most of it. In the morning we met Todd's family friend for coffee and I got to hear all about Todd when he was a little kid. After that, we headed to the beach to play, Hannah thought it was pretty cool that I made her name in sand!
We took a nice walk down the beach straight to the ice cream hut. Hannah always picks out "pink" ice cream, she never cares what it tastes like, as long as it is pink. The cone was melting fast in the sun, we kept trying to teach Hannah ice cream cone eating strategies, but she has a way to go on that one.
After the beach, we got cleaned up and enjoyed another dinner beachside by the grill. However, we left the cooking to professionals at the Lobster Pot and enjoyed lobster and mahi in the sun. It was good... and even better when you don't have to cook or clean up dishes afterwards.
