In a million years, I would had never thought one could find me at Monster Jam, especially in Georgia, the meca of big trucks the way they were meant to be. Drew got monster jam tickets from us for Christmas. He has been begging to go for 6+ months, and it was finally his big night. He was bouncing off the walls all day.
Drew somehow convinced his dad to get him the "Monster Mutt" hat fully loaded with floppy ears, and a red tongue that sticks out the rim, which he would rub against you acting like he was licking you all night. It was kinda funny. Drew was in his element, with his eyes glued to all the monster trucks, knowing each and every truck by name.
Here is some of the awesome action we got to see :) The crowed cheered with the big jumps, and the big crashes too. We laughed a little. We actually ran into a few families we know through work.. and here I thought we were the only ones going to be a Monster Jam, the Georgia Dome was sold out!
We are glad that Drew got to see his beloved trucks in action. When we left, he said it was the best day of his life and he can't wait to go back next year :)
