Football Season has started!
It's our annual gator picture for the season's kick off, we just happen to be a week late! The gators didn't have the best game on Sat, but we had fun watching! Todd has created two of the biggest little fans you have ever seen. The kids tell me they like the Buckeyes just as much though, they know better than to pick favorites :) Saturday we spent the day back and forth between tball practice, birthday parties, football watching, tennis, and at night going to a neighbors house to watch the GA vs SC game. Apparently a SEC favorite.
Cute right? I actually don't think it is even possible for them to be even cute. Not a chance. Love my sweet hearts. Melt my heart everyday.
Sat night we went the to Jaillet's and all the kids were there playing. They just finished an absolutely beautiful covered deck in the back of the house with a built in kitchen, fireplace and tv. We are all jealous. The girls kept putting on little shows for us. They kept coming out dressed up as something different, do a little dance, giggle, then run away.
They were cute, Lila was quite into her scene.
While the girls were putting on shows, Drew spent his time on their playset and trampoline with Caitlin and Lila's little cousin Hudson. He was excited to have a little boy to play with, even if he is two years younger. By the end of the night Hudson was idolizing Drew.
And here is there group photo. My kids showed up later, but by then it was too dark to do much outside beyond catch all the fireflies, also a summer time favorite with all the kids. I forgot about all those simple joys of summer.
And... back at it. The week starts again tomorrow. Must catch up. Today was spent doing lots of laundry, womens' doubles tennis ( lost again:( ), some time at the pool, and finally family play time. As always, were are beat but again, as always made the most of our weekend. Eventually we need to slow down a little to get life in order, but we will wait for a rain day for that :)
