Tubin' time...

For a special new years eve treat, dad and Hannah went tubing at a local park. They have a greaat facility and we started out the night with a warm chocolate chip cookie and fresh n frothy hot chocolate in the chalet. After we warmed out bellies, we headed out to the slope - we grabbed the perfect tubes and daddy pulled Hannah up to the lift. Yes, this hill had a rope lift that pulls you up...what a great perk.

As we went down the first run, Hannah was a bit apprehensive, but after the first 10 seconds I heard a big woooo-hoooo and when we got to the bottom there was a quick "can we do it again daddy?".

Needless to say the decent temps, the light up slope and the disco music all made for a fun evening. Hannah got braver with each trip down and toward the end loved it when I would spin her around me using her tow rope, pull her tube into mine bumping us and then would push her away...she loved it and said it was the funnest day ever!
