Saturday mornings Hannah is busy. All fall and winter she has been going to swimming in the morning, off to some McDonald's pancakes, then to gymnastics. While she has a little work to do in swimming, she is getting better and better each week. She has been working on getting her ears wet, and putting her head under water. We are hoping she will be a little fish in no time.
Each Saturday, has turned into father daughter mornings. Todd has really enjoyed spending the morning with her, as I am generally taking care of Drew, catching up on laundry, and occasionally making a Target trip or meeting a friend for coffee. Now that Hannah is getting a little older, Todd doesn't have to participate in the water at swimming or in the gym at gymnastics. We finally graduated to the point of sitting back and watching. And to my shock, Todd admits it isn't as fun anymore since he isn't doing all of it with her. I thought it was quite sweet.
