It was Hannah and Mommy day today. School was close due to MLK day. It was a fun day together. We visited Kara and Chris's new little baby boy who is 5 days old. Baby Beckham was really cute and a nice way to start the day. Afterwards, we stopped by the grocery store to pick up a few thing to make for dinner. I had no idea how much fun Hannah was going to have at the store. Which.. make sense since it was such a big hit at the Children's museum... but this was the real thing. I let Hanna pick a few things for her cart.. selectively pick a few things. Later the cart was full of macaroni and cheese, and heart candy for valentine's day. At the end of her shopping, she even took each item out of the cart and handed them one by one to the cashier.. who was very patient. It was really cute. Little does she know this won't be nearly as much fun 20 years from now when it is a chore and not a fun activity :) !!
