Today was another great summer day, and we are getting really sad there aren't going to be many more of these days until next year :(. Today we went to the pool with our friends Leanne, Wassim and their girls Amira, Leah and Aleese. It was a ton of fun. All the girls had a great time and the parents did too. Drew loves the water, and Hannah is getting really brave about going down "big"slides.
Anytime we try to get a photo of the two of them, Hannah gives Drew a big strangular hug and inevitably, he smiles.
And little miss Hannah, she had a great day. She was so happy and smiley today, a ton of fun. She was always scared of the bigger slides, then all the sudden Todd and I were sitting in the water with Drew and she is up there all by herself going down the big tube slide, she didn't even tell us she was going there, we ran over and give her some high fives. We were so proud of her. She has come a long way this summer! I can't even imagine what next summer has in instore for us between both her and Drew.
It was overall just another great weekend. Lots of family time, and Todd and I even got out on Saturday night for a nice dinner and a party where some special Lemonades went down a little too smoothe. A big thanks for Kim, Jason and Eleanor for watching Hannah and Drew on Saturday. I think they gave them a run for their money. We owe you guys, thank you!!!
