Here we are with our signs again! :) Mother's day was a great day... Dad let Mom sleep in an extra hour and mom her favorite french toast for breakfast. We played with Hannah in the morning and later in the afternoon went to the zoo where Hannah practiced all her animal sounds as she saw the lions and monkeys. Hannah too her first ride on a carousel which she loved. I was nervous to get on with her. I was having visions of her excitement to see the Easter Bunny when in line, and when the time came to sit on his lap, full meltdown went into effect. As we stood in line, she was so excited and bobbing her head to the music. Hannah and Mom rode together and Hannah was holding on to the bar in front of her with white knuckles, and a smile on her face. She loved it. I am seeing a lot more carousel rides in our future this summer.
Dad and Hannah made a special card for Mom with lots of fun pictures of Hannah, and a special book for mom for Hannah's first year. It brough tears to Mom's eyes.. it was very special.
